1.01  GRIDlink will calculate total kW used each month by data collected from power meters at the customer sites. Each site may have up to 8 meters.

1.02  GRIDlink will record each meter’s values starting at Midnight (24:00) on the 1st day of the new month and ending on the last day of the same month.  All meters at each venue will have the same billing day and time.

1.03  GRIDlink having only numeric and no text capability in the data collected and will identify each venue by a numeric code from 1-32000 determined by the user. (VENUE_CODE)

1.04  There could be as many as 8 meters at each venue. Each meter will be identified by a customer code from 0-9999999 to be determined by the user. It is possible to have multiple meters with the same customer code (Customer_meter1 .. 8)

1.05  The  total net kWh for each customer used for the last month will be recorded in data fields (kWh_curr_month1..8)

1.06  The billing rate per kWh for each customer configured will be recorded in data fields (kWh_rate1..8)

1.07   The calculated billing amount (kWh_curr_month1..8 x kWh_rate1..8) for each customer will be recorded in (kWh_to_invoice1..8)

1.08  On the billing day a csv file with a single record containing the following fields will be posted to a The user server via FTP or SFTP. User name and password are supplied by the user.

1.09  Data packet in the form of a CSV file with a name which reflects the venue name  supplied by the user will serve to identify the source.
